BAROZEKI FOUNDATION is committed to empowering young people and strengthening communities through practical skills training, entrepreneurship, and income-generating initiatives. Our ongoing projects aim to equip participants with valuable, hands-on skills that can create employment opportunities, encourage self-reliance, and support sustainable livelihoods.
1. Car Wash Project
The Car Wash Project promotes practical work experience, customer service, and entrepreneurship. It aims to create opportunities for young people to gain workplace skills, explore income-generating activities, and develop a foundation for future business ownership.
2. Turf Construction & Installation
This skills development initiative focuses on practical training in turf construction and installation. It aims to equip young people with technical and hands-on skills that can open pathways to employment, contract work, and entrepreneurship in turf installation and related services.
3. Metal Fabrication Skills Program
The Metal Fabrication Program aims to equip young people with practical skills in metalwork, fabrication, and workshop practices. Through technical skills development, participants can prepare for employment, apprenticeships, or self-employment while contributing to local industry and community development.
Our Goal: To transform potential into practical skills, skills into opportunities, and opportunities into sustainable livelihoods.
Get Involved: Support our initiatives through partnerships, training opportunities, equipment donations, mentorship, or other contributions that help young people build a brighter future.
